OBB Holdings LLC and its brands and service lines (including HalyardCo and payroll client messaging operated for ExactPay Payroll) send text messages only to people who have opted in: either by texting one of our numbers first, or by giving express written consent through a documented, standalone opt-in form. Consent is voluntary, is never a condition of purchasing or receiving any service, and can be withdrawn at any time. We do not send unsolicited or marketing texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and HELP for help.
Mobile information collected for text messaging will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
How we use your information
We use your information only to respond to you, schedule calls, and provide the account and service support you asked for. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
What we do not do

- We do not share your number with third parties for their own marketing.
