These terms cover your use of the HalyardCo website and our text-messaging service. HalyardCo is a brand of OBB Holdings LLC ("HalyardCo," "we," "us"). By texting one of our numbers or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Our text-messaging service
OBB Holdings LLC and its brands and service lines (including HalyardCo and payroll client messaging operated for ExactPay Payroll) send SMS only to people who have opted in: by texting one of our numbers first, or by giving express written consent through a documented, standalone opt-in form. Consent is voluntary and is never a condition of purchasing or receiving any service. When you text one of our numbers, you consent to receive SMS replies from us about your inquiry or, for clients, about your account and the tools we provide.

- Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts.
- Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
Please use our messaging and site only for legitimate inquiries and support. Do not use them to send unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, or to impersonate others.
No guarantee of outcomes
Website previews, automations, and other materials we share are provided in good faith. Specific results, pricing, and deliverables are set out in a separate written agreement if you become a client.
Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we do not sell or share your phone number, and we only message people who contact us first.
